About Us

Birchridge Design is a locally owned and operated family business started in 2019.  My name is Brandon Carlson and I am the owner and operator. My wife, Mayquele Carlson is an Alaskan Native and she handles the administrative and accounting and together we have four sons, Noah , Benjamin , Jax and Jacob . Our family also consists of three dogs, Marley our old golden retriever, Hazel a parti poodle that likes to party and finally Bear, our giant golden doodle. 
I have always had a passion for creating things and woodworking was a hobby until I turned into a full-time business in 2019. It started with custom dog kennels I had made for our dog and has since expanded to one of a kind tables, full built ins, cabinetry and more! We enjoy family time and getting out to enjoy all that Alaska has to offer. Thank you for visiting our site!
